In this petition for certiorari on conflict theory, the petitioners seek quashal of that decision of the District Court of Appeal, First District, reported as Spencer Ladds, Inc. v. Lehman, Fla.App.1964, 167 So.2d 731. As expressly admitted in the decision under attack, it is in conflict with the decision of the District Court of Appeal, Second District, in Kellenberger v. Widener, Fla.App.1964, 159 So.2d 267. There is no doubt that there is a conflict in decisions which we must resolve.
